Part-Time Process Server in Gislaved Would you like to work independently, meet people, and have great freedom to plan your own time? DeltraKravek AB is a process server company authorized by the County Administrative Board and one of Sweden's leading private alternatives in process serving. We operate throughout the country with approximately 150 approved process servers and customers including government agencies, energy companies, debt collection firms, real estate sector, and law offices. We are now looking for a part-time process server in the Gislaved and Gnosjö area and surrounding region. About the Job As a process server, you are responsible for locating private individuals and companies to deliver legal documents in accordance with the service of documents act. When the recipient is located, the delivery takes place with a receipt and the assignment is reported digitally. The work is varied, independent, and involves many personal meetings. You plan to a large extent when the work is performed, but some assignments may require quick action, so flexibility is important. Work is primarily performed in evenings and weekends, but daytime work also occurs. We Are Looking for You If You Are organized and responsible. Have good organizational and prioritization skills. Are service-oriented and have an easy way of building trust. Enjoy working independently. Have good computer skills. Qualifications Class B driver's license and access to your own car. Access to a computer and mobile phone. Residing in Gislaved or nearby area. Previous experience in process serving, debt collection, security work, government service, or other activities involving contact with people in different life situations is advantageous but not required. We provide both theoretical and practical training. If you are already an approved process server, this is advantageous. Suitability Assessment As a process server, you will undergo a suitability assessment by the County Administrative Board. Therefore, you must have an orderly financial situation, no debts with the Enforcement Authority, and a clean record. About the District You will work in Gislaved and Gnosjö municipality. We are currently conducting a review of our district organization, which means that the district's exact geographical scope may be adjusted over time.
