As a Sub-Project Manager for production, you will have a central role in technical customer projects, coordinating production activities and ensuring that deliveries meet the right quality, timeline, and cost requirements. ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sub-Project Manager, you will lead the production component of a larger customer project. You are responsible for ensuring that the sub-project reaches its set goals and results by converting the project plan into concrete activities, delegating responsibilities, and following up on the work.
You work closely with project team members and other functions to gather information, manage risks, and ensure that deviations related to timelines, costs, and deliveries are handled or escalated on time. The role also includes improvement work, where you contribute to developing work methods and standard procedures based on project experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan sub-project activities, deliverables, and timelines
Manage the budget delegated from the customer project
Allocate responsibilities and authority within the project group
Monitor costs, deliveries, and established goals
Identify and manage risks and deviations
Coordinate information and supporting materials from other functions
Identify and implement improvements within production
Develop and revise work methods and standard procedures
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:
You have previous experience in project management or sub-project management
You have experience working in or near production
You are experienced in planning, following up, and driving activities toward established goals
You have strong analytical skills and can use data as a basis for decision-making
It is meritorious if you have experience with the business system IFS.
