Worker in Bakery Production - Shipping/Dispatch

Your responsibilities: ˘ worker in bakery production - shipping/dispatch - dispatching bakery products ˘ preparing and picking baked goods according to delivery notes for customers ˘ shift operations (Monday - Sunday) ˘ mostly night shifts from 7:00 PM, occasional afternoon shifts from 4:00 PM ˘ experience with shipping/dispatch is a plus, not required ˘ full-time employment ˘ we will provide training ˘ option for shorter hours - 30 hours/week What you should be able to do: ˘ have a vocational certificate/apprenticeship diploma ˘ excel at math ˘ speak Czech fluently (this position is not suitable for applicants from Ukraine) ˘ have manual dexterity and speed ˘ work independently ˘ be responsible with logical thinking ˘ good work ethic and willingness to learn new things ˘ excellent health condition ˘ we prefer long-term employment relationships What we offer: ˘ long-term employment on permanent contract (base salary plus performance bonus) ˘ 5 weeks of vacation after probation period ˘ 50,- Kč/hour supplement for night shifts ˘ 8,- Kč/hour supplement for afternoon shifts ˘ 35% supplement for weekend work ˘ contribution to supplemental pension insurance ˘ meal allowance ˘ contribution to leisure activities ˘ company events ˘ RECRUITMENT BONUS UP TO 30,000,- Kč DURING THE FIRST YEARDo you love the aroma of fresh-baked goods and have manual dexterity?
