Job Responsibilities:
• Grounds maintenance – trimming shrubs, trees, and ornamental grasses,
• Municipal and hazardous waste collection, outdoor trash bin and ashtray emptying – receiving, sorting, and temporary storage of all waste types,
• Daily inspection of grassed and paved areas and sidewalks, cleaning and maintenance of vehicle and pedestrian pathways – sweeping, street cleaning, maintaining drainage access points, outdoor cleaning work, mechanical or manual leaf removal, grounds maintenance – lawn areas, etc., clearing overgrowth including curbs and building perimeters,
• Winter road maintenance – snow removal, salt spreading,
• Moving and relocation work,
• Distribution of goods and materials throughout the hospital grounds (pharmacy, material storage, warehouse),
• Transport of documents – records office, mail, and other deliveries.

Start Date: By agreement
Requirements:
• Minimum basic education,
• Medical fitness,
• Criminal background check,
• Ability to work independently,
• Class B driver's license,
• Basic knowledge of small masonry and painting work (tile adhesion, cladding, filling holes, painting small areas),
• Basic knowledge of landscaping work (shrub and tree trimming, ornamental grass care, winterization, grounds maintenance).
