We are looking for a skilled colleague for the position of Finishing Department Worker. WHAT AWAITS YOU? .. Packing laminate products: your main responsibility will be careful packing of laminate products according to the approved packing procedure. Proper packaging is key to protecting products and ensuring safe handling and shipment. .. Finalizing laminate products: you will perform finishing operations related to product finalization. Emphasis will be placed on precision, careful execution, and adherence to established procedures to ensure each piece meets required quality standards. .. Meeting production targets: your work will be crucial for timely achievement of production goals. Through your carefulness and responsible approach, production will run smoothly and efficiently. .. Following technical documentation: during work, you will use exactly prescribed tools and fixtures according to technical documentation, ensuring optimal technological processes. .. Self-inspection: you will regularly check your work to ensure quality meets required standards. Your attention to detail will contribute to a flawless production process. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? .. Manual dexterity and physical fitness: do you have skilled hands, strength, and a desire to work? Your skills and precision will truly be valued with us! (Unfortunately, the work involves heavy loads and is therefore not suitable for women.) .. Experience with grinding – an advantage, not a requirement: if you have experience with grinding, polishing, or buffing, great! But if not, don't worry – we're happy to train you on site. All you need is experience with manual work in production. .. Willingness to learn and develop skills: do you have an open mind and desire to master new techniques and procedures? You can learn something new every day. ..
