We are Centralplast, s.r.o., and we have been engaged in custom pool manufacturing for more than 30 years. Our products are highly sought after throughout Europe, especially in Germany, Switzerland, and Belgium. Our production is custom-based, so you won't have to worry about monotony. And we know how to make more than just pools from plastic – boats too ?? You can find our pools even in the Bahamas. Your main job will be the complete manufacturing of pools and their components based on technical drawings. You will work primarily with plastic welders, hand planers, drills, and milling machines. However, our work also requires you to use your head – every order is different and we need to think things through. We are happy to offer you: Starting wage of 175 Kč/hour, afternoon shift premium 30 Kč/hour, wage increase through personal evaluation after training (up to 80 Kč/hour) Average monthly salary around 40,000 Kč depending on your abilities, with gradual increases Career advancement to a higher position is of course possible (the foreman position comes with additional premiums) Work on 2 shifts (6–14 hours, 14–22 hours) 5 weeks of vacation and 2 sick days Meal voucher allowance of 129 Kč/worked shift (net added to salary) Contribution to pension insurance or benefit card Bonus of 12,000 Kč for referring a new colleague Half-yearly and annual bonuses Stable employment in a clean environment We organize company events for employees and their families We would be happy to discuss everything with you in person.
