Together with over 87,000 employees across 40 countries and our global network of partners, LTM owns business outcomes for our clients, helping them not just outperform the market, but to Outcreate it. https://www.ltm.com/ We are looking for a Delivery Manager with the following expertise: · Coordination between Project Managers, SMEs, technical leads, offshore, onsite, and customer stakeholders · Work with Project Manager and Transition Manager on preparation of the project plan/schedules, daily, weekly & monthly status reports and publish as per the schedule · Steer/attend weekly & monthly calls and ad-hoc calls when needed · Work on Service Improvement plan and Transformation initiatives · Stakeholders' management at onsite and penetration into new business · Identification of business and program-related issues and risks, and track to closure or mitigation/resolution · Manage onsite/offshore teams across the globe, track project status, and take appropriate actions in case of any slippages/issues Open to Everyone We focus on your skills, not your other circumstances.
