Data Coordinator for Saltsjöbanan We are now seeking an experienced Data Coordinator for the Traffic Authority's Saltsjöbanan program. The assignment encompasses coordination, management, and development of the project's information management in one of the Stockholm region's important infrastructure programs. The role entails overall responsibility for data coordination, document management, and quality assurance in a complex program that includes both vehicle procurement, depot expansion, and electrical power projects. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting 2026-10-19 and running until 2027-10-19 with the possibility of extension. Placement is in Sickla, Nacka, with expected on-site presence at least three days per week. About the Company Trafikförvaltningen is responsible for public transportation in Region Stockholm and conducts extensive investment projects to develop and future-proof the region's transport infrastructure. The Saltsjöbanan program aims to increase capacity and attractiveness in public transportation through the procurement of modern vehicles, expanded workshop capacity, and reinforcement of the electrical power system. The program is an important part of the development of public transportation in the Nacka area and the region's future transport system. About the Role As Data Coordinator, you are responsible for further developing and maintaining established work processes within the Saltsjöbanan program. You work both operatively and strategically to ensure efficient information flows, quality deliverables, and sustainable long-term work practices. The work is conducted in close collaboration with program managers, project managers, engineering managers, schedulers, requirement owners, and other project team members. The role requires a structured and communicative person who thrives in a coordinating function with many contact points. Role and Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and conduct reviews of project and delivery documentation. • Maintain and develop work processes for data coordination within the program. • Manage workspaces and project documentation in digital systems. • Take responsibility for handovers and deliveries of project documentation. • Coordinate and quality assure signal documentation. • Control and follow up data in delivered CAD drawings. • Monitor internal procedures and ensure compliance with processes. • Train external consultant groups in project workspaces, procedures, and work methods. • Administer documentation in the web portal Avima. • Work daily in Excel and Word. • Drive and coordinate work processes to ensure the program's delivery objectives. • Contribute to the development of efficient and sustainable work methods for information management. Competency Requirements 1. Civil or university engineering degree in technology, computer science, or systems science. 2. The consultant must have worked for at least 7 years in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects with a project budget over 200 million SEK, where the consultant has had responsibility for leading, coordinating, or quality assuring BIM, GIS, or data-driven information management. 3. At least 5 years of experience with administrative management of drawings, model files, technical documents, and other engineering-related information in infrastructure projects. 4. At least 5 years of experience administering web-based project workspaces, model file systems, and storage services with good understanding of access control and information management. 5. Experience in formal review and quality assurance of model and drawing documentation upon delivery from engineers from at least four projects in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure with a project turnover over 200 million SEK. 6. Held a leading or coordinating role in digital transformation initiatives and the implementation of new work methods, where collaboration and coordination between multiple business areas have been an essential part of the assignment. Digital transformation initiatives refer to the implementation or further development of digital work methods according to ISO 19650, system solutions, or information models. 7. Experience as a data coordinator from at least 2 signal projects. Added Value Requirements 1. Experience with the handover of relationship documentation to the Management Unit that manages disciplines within tramway/railway. At least two (2) relevant reference projects must be provided. 2. Experience from conducting reviews of technically complex projects in, for example, Solibri, as well as experience with document and case management in digital project portals. At least one (1) relevant reference project must be provided. 3. Experience working as a data coordinator through all phases within the same project with a budget over 100 MSEK (from order to delivery of relationship documentation). At least 1 reference project. 4. Documented experience of working according to an established project management model, such as PMI, XLPM, or equivalent. The experience must concern practical application of the model's principles and work methods in completed projects. At least one (1) relevant reference project must be provided. Assignment Information • Assignment period: 2026-10-19 – 2027-10-19 • Scope: 40 hours per week • Placement location: Sickla, Nacka (hybrid work possible, at least three days on-site per week) • Extension option: 1+1 year • Equipment provided by the client including computer, email address, and workspace.
