Start: September 28, 2026 End: December 31, 2029 Scope: Full-time Location: Kungsholmen, Stockholm About the Assignment We are now seeking an experienced Data Coordinator for a long-term consulting assignment within a socially important organization responsible for public transportation and rail infrastructure. You will be an important part of a project organization working to develop, upgrade, and maintain metro infrastructure. Projects include technical systems, rail vehicles, depots, power supply, as well as traffic and control systems. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring structured, uniform, and high-quality management of technical documentation throughout the project's various phases – from design and construction documentation to production and handover documentation. The Role As a Data Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You will have a central role in creating structure and ensuring that the project's technical documentation is managed according to applicable processes and requirements. An important part of the assignment is also to inventory and investigate existing drawing documentation. Therefore, it is important that you have a good understanding of technical documentation and experience with the structure of physical drawing archives in rail transit. You will work in systems such as Athena and Avima, among others. Main Responsibilities Coordinate digital and physical deliveries of construction documentation from design to production. Ensure that technical documents are handled according to applicable processes for case and document management. Ensure correct check-in and check-out as well as review of facility documentation. Responsible for deliveries of handover documentation and operations and maintenance data to relevant facility managers. Administer and document data coordination meetings with design suppliers. Report to project managers and coordinate work with other project members. Participate in project meetings and stay informed about project progress. We Are Looking for You You are structured, independent, and analytical and thrive in a role where you can combine administration, technology, and coordination. You have an easy time collaborating with different types of stakeholders and are comfortable in contact with both internal and external parties. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: A university degree or other relevant education equivalent to at least three years of university studies, for example in civil engineering, roads and water, surveying, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, data technology, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in the role of Data Coordinator. At least 5 years of documented experience with the design process in a client organization within the public sector. At least 5 years of documented experience with CAD and/or BIM and various modeling programs, such as AutoCAD and MicroStation. At least 5 years of experience administering and coordinating product documentation through the construction documentation and handover documentation phases. At least 5 years of experience managing drawings, models, documents, and other design-related information. Very good Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Meritorious Experience It is particularly advantageous if you have: Experience in management related to rail transit. Experience with systems for managing public records and case management. Experience archiving technical documentation, including case management and registration in drawing management systems. Experience preparing and managing delivery lists for technical documentation during handover.
