Drive quality and structure in technical data flows. You coordinate, ensure quality, and deliver data materials in close collaboration with engineers and project teams. Would you like to create structure, quality, and traceability in complex technical data flows? In the role of Data Handling Coordinator, you'll become a vital link between engineers, project teams, and external suppliers. About the Role Coordinate the management of technical attribute and product data. Ensure consistent, complete, and traceable data deliveries. Work closely with system owners and project management within engineering. What You'll Do Collect, structure, and consolidate data from internal and external parties. Conduct quality checks against internal standards and customer requirements. Prioritize and guide support resources in day-to-day data work. Prepare, review, and deliver data packages according to project milestones. Address issues that impact data flows and data quality. What We're Looking For At least five years of experience in data handling and data consolidation. Experience quality-assuring structured technical data. Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders. Experience driving tasks forward in a technical project environment. Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. Work arrangement: Hybrid, with on-site work approximately one day per week. Languages: Swedish and English.
