Your responsibilities:
• Provisioning and configuring Databricks workspaces using Terraform, CLI, and SDK.
• Managing workspace-level settings, including clusters, libraries, compute policies, and access control.
• Defining and managing catalogs, schemas, and tables across workspaces using Unity Catalog.
• Ensuring security, scalability, and high availability of the data platform.
• Contributing to the implementation of the Data Mesh paradigm across domains.
• Acting as a technical advisor to data scientists, analysts, and business users.
• Managing onboarding, training, and activation programs to scale platform adoption.
• Leading technical documentation and contributing to agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience with cloud-based big data platforms, preferably Azure or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark; knowledge of Kafka, Flink, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Experience building data pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow, Data Factory, or Apache Beam.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Python, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Thorough knowledge of data management, monitoring, security, and data protection.
• Excellent communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
