Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Architect to support the Data Analytics area.
The assignment focuses on establishing and advancing architecture, information models, data models, integration patterns, and governance processes that support business needs and long-term strategic goals. In this role, you will contribute to defining target architectures, documenting future solutions, and ensuring alignment between data, integrations, and business needs.
The role combines architectural leadership, practical design work, consulting, and capability development. You will work closely with managers, project leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders in the area to provide architectural guidance and support decision-making.
An important part of the assignment is to strengthen the internal architecture function through structured mentoring, coaching, and knowledge transfer, with the goal of helping selected team members develop toward greater independence.
You will establish and develop architecture and integration patterns within the Data Analytics area, design information and data models, define governance processes and architectural principles, and maintain documentation of target architecture, integration flows, and system landscapes. You will also provide strategic and technical guidance, support architecture governance, and ensure compliance with established standards and principles.
Qualifications
You have a relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
You have very strong knowledge of information modeling and data modeling.
You have good understanding of integration architecture and integration design.
You have extensive experience working as a Senior IT Architect.
You have experience in Data & Analytics architecture.
You have experience designing information models, data models, and integration architectures.
You have experience documenting architecture, target architectures, and system landscapes.
You have experience establishing or supporting governance frameworks and architecture standards.
You have good understanding of governance processes and architectural principles.
You have experience creating and maintaining architecture documentation and target architectures.
You have experience providing architectural guidance to senior stakeholders.
You have experience mentoring, coaching, and developing internal team members.
You have very strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
You can communicate and document complex architectural concepts in a clear and structured manner.
You are comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
Desirable Experience
Experience from large-scale Data & Analytics environments is desirable.
Experience with AI agents and agent-based systems is desirable.
Experience from enterprise-scale architecture environments is also desirable.
You are a senior and trustworthy architecture professional with a structured and analytical approach. You can navigate complex environments and translate business needs into sustainable architectural solutions.
