With us, you'll become part of the Network Strategy group, where we are responsible for and drive the strategic development of the regional grid. We work to meet customer needs and enable the energy transition by ensuring that there is network capacity for society's future. It's an important and inspiring challenge that motivates us every day. The group consists of grid planners, power system engineers, and a data analyst/data scientist who together contribute different perspectives and expertise. We are now looking for a Data Analyst who wants to be part of developing data-driven solutions that strengthen our operations and help us make better decisions for the future electricity grid. Your Role As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with the business and have the opportunity to make a real difference. You capture needs from different specialist roles within Network Strategy and translate them into concrete, technical solutions that create value in daily work. You become the link between the business's data needs and technical possibilities. With a curious and solution-oriented approach, you analyze problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that can be implemented and used in the business. The role combines business understanding with hands-on development and analysis, which means you both collaborate broadly and build the solutions that are needed yourself. With us, you'll work on questions that are central to the energy transition and contribute to developing a smarter and more resilient electricity grid for the future. Your Experience We believe you have a couple of years of experience in a role as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar, where you've worked with analysis, data processing, and development of data-driven solutions. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: • Very good knowledge of Python and SQL. • Good knowledge of Git and experience with GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent platform. • Experience with cloud-based solutions for data storage and computing. • Higher education or university degree in a relevant field, alternatively equivalent work experience. It is advantageous if you also have: • Knowledge of standards for exchange of power system data, such as CIM or CGMES. • Basic understanding of power systems, electricity grids, or grid planning. • Experience with network calculation models or calculation tools. • Experience with BI and data visualization tools, such as Qlik Sense. We also believe that you enjoy collaborating, are curious about the business behind the data, and like to translate complex information into actionable insights. You feel comfortable in dialogue with both technical specialists and other parts of the business and have the ability to create understanding and engagement around data-driven solutions.
