About the Position:
Do you want to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment where you can use your language skills daily? We're looking for a service-oriented and engaged customer service representative with fluent Danish!
As a customer service representative, you will be the company's face to our Danish customers. You will handle incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, and help customers with questions, orders, complaints, and technical support depending on the company's needs.
Location: Central Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time
Start Date: July 27
Working Hours: Scheduled Monday–Friday with working hours varying between 08:00–20:00. Weekend work may occur.
Who Are You?
You are someone who thrives in a service-oriented role and is motivated by helping others. You have a solution-oriented approach and are skilled at communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You speak Danish fluently and feel comfortable using Swedish and/or English in your work. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude, commitment, and willingness to develop are most important. You work equally well independently and together with others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
