We will apply for approval from your municipality and you will be employed by us. We will determine the composition of the children's group together. Childcare training or similar is an advantage but anyone with experience working with children is welcome to apply. Salary is based on the compensation we receive for the enrolled children in the group and may therefore vary. You are a reliable and independent person with experience caring for children. You can take responsibility for the work and safety in your children's group. You follow our theme-based work throughout the year and you can handle parent communication, planning, digital documents, and confidentiality. In your home, you need to secure the environment according to our safety document before employment starts and you need to request an extract from the police criminal record registry and send it in an unopened envelope to us.
