About the Position
Gräsdalens Däckservice is now hiring a Tire Technician/Customer Service Representative!
We are entering the seasonal changeover period and need to staff additional tire technicians during this time.
You will work both practically and administratively as part of the tire service team. The company operates one of Sweden's most modern tire storage facilities, which will make your workshop work easier!
Responsibilities
Tire changes (passenger vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment), balancing, and other workshop work
Service work in the workshop
Customer reception and customer service
Administrative tasks related to customer orders and bookings
What We're Looking For
Experience as an automobile mechanic is a plus
Good computer skills
Experience with tire changes, balancing, and service is a plus
Good physical capacity as the work can be physically demanding at times
Personal Qualities
Flexible and comfortable switching between administrative and workshop work
A team player who works well with others in the workshop
Service-oriented and responsible
