A First Stop-affiliated tire shop is seeking a driven and responsible person who wants to take full responsibility for our wheels and tire department. We have an established tire shop that works with wheel storage, tire changes, tire replacements, balancing, and wheel alignments. Now we're looking for someone who wants to take the next step and become an important part of our business by managing and developing this department. About the Position As the manager of the wheels and tire department, you'll have a central role in daily operations. You'll be responsible for planning and executing work efficiently, with high quality and excellent customer service. Your work tasks will include: Managing daily operations of the wheels and tire department Planning and distributing daily work Managing wheel storage and inventory Performing and quality-assuring wheel alignments Handling tire replacements, balancing, and tire changes Ensuring machines and equipment are used and maintained properly Interacting with customers and suppliers Ensuring high quality, order, and efficiency in the workshop Participating in developing routines and work methods What We're Looking For We believe you are a person who: Has experience from a tire or automotive shop Has good technical understanding and practical experience with wheels and tires Has experience with wheel alignments and tire machines Is thorough, organized, and solutions-oriented Enjoys taking responsibility and making decisions Works well collaborating with and leading others Has a professional and customer-service-focused approach Has a valid driver's license (B) Leadership experience is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right skills, drive, and willingness to take responsibility for the department.
