About the role
As a Customer Support representative, you are an important contact point for our customers and a central part of our daily operations. You help our customers achieve good and sustainable waste management. By listening to customer needs, seeing the bigger picture, and identifying opportunities for additional services, you also contribute to developing the customer's business.
You handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and our digital systems and are responsible for driving each case from first contact to a solution that works both in the short and long term. Customers send materials to our facilities in Västervik, Kalmar, Nybro, and Oskarshamn, and you work closely with colleagues at the branches and with other parts of the organization.
The position is located in Oskarshamn and working hours are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. During the training period, you will work in Kalmar at least two days per week. The employment is fixed-term through October 31, 2027.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in customer service or customer support
High school diploma or equivalent
Good system knowledge and experience working with business systems
Knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of English
Class B driver's license
About the team
You will become part of a team of eight colleagues where collaboration and a good work environment characterize the everyday. Most of the team is based in Kalmar, while this position is located in Oskarshamn. You'll work with colleagues who support each other and you'll have good opportunities to develop in your role.
