About the Role
We are now recruiting engaged and service-oriented customer service specialists for a fixed-term position during the fall and winter season. As a customer service specialist with us, you are an important part of the customer journey. You help our customers with questions about invoices and payments, and ensure that every interaction is characterized by professionalism, clarity, and excellent service.
Your main responsibilities are to:
handle incoming customer phone calls,
respond to customer inquiries via email and chat,
perform simple administrative tasks related to customer matters.

Practical Information
Employment Type: Fixed-term position, October 2026 to March 2027
Scope: Full-time
Location: Varberg office
Office Hours: Weekdays 08.00–19.30, Weekends 10.00–16.00
(Varying shifts: day, evening, and weekend)
