About the Role
This is a specialist role for you who has experience with complex order management and thrives in an operation where structure, accuracy, and regulatory compliance are essential.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring professional and efficient handling of customer orders and customer matters. You work closely with customers and internal functions within Supply Chain, logistics, quality, and sales to ensure high service levels and correct deliveries.
You will be an important part of the business and contribute to ensuring that processes are followed, quality requirements are met, and customers receive a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer orders and customer matters in business and order management systems.
Ensure that customer inquiries are handled correctly and within agreed service levels.
Work according to established processes, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Identify, report, and follow up on incidents and deviations.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, quality requirements, and internal governance processes.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Distribution, Planning, Quality, and Sales.
Participate in improvement initiatives, projects, and training activities.
Contribute to developing and maintaining high competence in products, processes, and systems.
Identify and report quality and compliance deviations.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in customer service, order administration, or similar role.
Experience with electronic order management.
Experience working in ERP systems or other business-critical operational systems.
Good system and IT proficiency.
Experience working according to defined processes and workflows.
Experience from MedTech, Life Science, pharmaceutical industry, or other regulated business operations.
Experience working according to quality and compliance requirements.
Good understanding of SOX controls and internal governance processes.
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Merits
Experience in international customer service.
Experience with Supply Chain or logistics-related processes.
Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
Experience with audits, quality reviews, or regulatory inspections.
