About the Position Perido is now seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor with fluent knowledge of Swedish and Finnish for our client – one of the Nordic region's largest banks with operations throughout the region. The position is located at the bank's office just north of Stockholm. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will step into a central and trust-building function. You will be the bank's face to the outside and part of a competent team where, in addition to handling more complex customer advisory work via phone and email, you contribute your experience to the team's development. You guide customers through the bank's digital tools and handle in-depth questions regarding invoices, transactions, complex complaints, credits, and interest rates. The goal is to always deliver first-class quality and build long-term customer trust. Your Main Responsibilities Provide advanced support and in-depth advisory – in both Swedish and Finnish Independently handle and investigate more complex matters regarding invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates Support and guide customers in the bank's digital services and applications Contribute to continuous process improvement and act as an experienced sounding board for colleagues in the team Ensure high quality, regulatory compliance, and a seamless customer experience Your Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and has a good understanding of the banking and finance industry. You have a very professional, businesslike, and trustworthy manner. With your previous experience, you are rarely at a loss and have the ability to handle more difficult and demanding customer interactions with calm and tact. As a person, you are analytical, thorough, and driven by quality over quantity. You have very good system proficiency and an ability to quickly grasp complex regulations and processes. You are an unpretentious yet driven team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and contributing to a positive and developmental work environment. Qualifications: Several years of experience in customer service/advisory within banking, finance, card operations, or insurance Experience handling complex customer matters and familiarity with phone and email as primary work tools Good understanding of financial products such as credits, interest rates, and transaction flows Fluent knowledge of Swedish and Finnish in both spoken and written form (a requirement for this role) Meritorious: Academic degree in economics or another relevant field Experience from banking, finance, or regulated operations Experience handling complex matters related to credit cards and loans Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months, initially through Perido. Thereafter, possibility of extension or direct recruitment to the bank with the ambition that the assignment transitions into a permanent position. Start immediately.
