What we are looking for We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the most common Office programs and very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. A class B driving license is a requirement for the position. Work experience in psychiatry is a requirement. It is advantageous if you are a specialist nurse in psychiatry and/or have experience working in psychiatric care and treatment. Knowledge of medical record documentation and additional language skills are also considered advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. What you will be working with As a CS-nurse at our CS-clinic, you will have an independent, varied, and developmental role where you follow up on treatment with central stimulant medications and support individuals in their daily lives. You will be a key person on the team where your expertise and dedication make a difference every day, both for patients and for your colleagues. In the role, you are responsible for clinical assessments and follow-ups of patients being treated with central stimulant medications. You monitor the effectiveness of treatment, any side effects, and medication use to ensure safe and quality-assured care. An important part of the work is also to provide support, information, and guidance to patients and their family members, as well as to document, plan, and evaluate individual treatment plans. You work in close collaboration with doctors, psychologists, and other professionals to create a holistic perspective on the patient's care and treatment. The assignment also includes contributing your expertise by mentoring and supporting colleagues in matters related to CS-treatment and follow-up. You also participate in the clinic's improvement and development work where you help develop and quality-assure working methods and procedures. The role offers a combination of direct patient work and service development, where you become an important part of an engaged team with a focus on quality, collaboration, and the patient's best interest.
