About the Position
We are seeking a controller for a government agency in Uppsala. In this role, you will support the organization's work with financial planning, analysis, and monitoring. The role also includes working with budgets and forecasts at both the overall agency level and at the department and unit level. You will need to independently drive your own initiatives within the subject area.
Assignment Period and Scope:
The controller position is a full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible and is expected to last approximately 4 months.
Requirements for the Position:
• Upper secondary school education or equivalent
• Completed education in the relevant area
• At least three (3) years of professional experience as a controller
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of analysis tools (for example QlikView, Insikt, and Power BI)
• Knowledge of accounting systems (for example Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
• Experience with government accounting
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Meriting Qualifications:
• Several years of experience with operations-oriented work in budgeting, forecasting, analysis work, and monitoring within public administration
• Experience with accounting work involving different financing sources, for example fees, appropriations, grants, project economics, etc.
• Experience working with Agresso/UBW
• Experience with cost allocation models or pricing within public administration
