We are now seeking a controller who will play an important role in our organization. Your Responsibilities As a controller, you will work with financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization to best support and facilitate sound decision-making for Skebo, Skellefteå Industrihus, and our tenants' benefit. Your main responsibilities will include: Budget and closing work Monitoring results, goals, and investments Analysis and monitoring of the companies' properties Work with annual reports and interim reports Internal controls and audits to ensure development of the company's processes and routines Your Profile To thrive with us, you are confident in yourself and your professional role. You have an academic degree in economics and several years of experience in qualified financial work. You are experienced with accounting systems and have in-depth knowledge of Excel. The position requires you to speak and write fluent Swedish. This is a permanent position based in Skellefteå. You will be employed by Skebo but will also support our sister company Skellefteå Industrihus. About Skebo Skebo is Skellefteå's largest property company, owning and managing approximately 5,500 apartments and 200 premises. We have rental apartments in multi-family houses, townhouses, detached houses, student housing, youth apartments, 55+ apartments, assisted living facilities, and care and service accommodations. Additionally, through our work we want to inspire and enable other actors to contribute to Skellefteå's housing market.
