Contact: Nikolai Nepomniashchii, e-mail: [email protected] o Implementation and evaluation of ERP solutions in accordance with functional and non-functional requirements defined in projects or within platform development. o Performing scope analysis, fit-to-standard workshops for projects and system improvements, proposing solutions for key identified gaps, providing effort estimates and coordinating with business teams. o Defining and prioritizing SAP ERP product functionalities in collaboration with subject matter experts from the business. o Demonstrating expert knowledge in resolving incidents and system processes and providing methodological support to customers for efficient system utilization. o Monitoring and evaluating newly released ERP features to increase customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement; initiating, coordinating and implementing changes. o Coaching and mentoring junior team members in the relevant workstream. o Providing digital and technical consulting and advisory services to clients. o Leading SAP ERP software solution deliveries with a strong focus on reusing standard solutions and process standardization. o Supporting the functional lead with additional activities corresponding to the expert competencies and experience of this role. o Meal vouchers - 150 Kč/day (employer contribution 82 Kč) o Multisport card o Annual vacation contribution (Flexi pass - vouchers) of 1,000 Kč per month (2,000 Kč in December) o Monthly contribution to pension or life insurance or healthcare of 2,000 Kč (after 3 months from employment start) o 5 weeks of vacation, which is 1 week in addition to statutory vacation entitlement under Czech labor law o 5 days of personal time off
