About the Role
As a Consultant & Interim Manager, you'll be offered a varied and developmental role where you combine business development, relationships, and problem-solving in a dynamic daily environment. You'll have a key role in our clients' talent supply and the opportunity to make a real difference by helping companies find the right expertise for their needs. At the same time, you'll gain insight into various industries, operations, and the challenges facing today's business world. With attentiveness, understanding of the client's business, and a strong commercial focus, you'll help them quickly find the right talent.
You're also an important part of developing our consulting business and work continuously to build a network of both candidates and decision-makers in the region.
Examples of work tasks:
• Recruitment for our consulting assignments, requirements profiling, selection, search, and interviews.
• Employer responsibility for employed consultants, check-ins, employee meetings, and ongoing administration.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to continued growth
About You
We're looking for someone with experience from the consulting industry, preferably from a role as a consulting manager, or experience with recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in another HR role. Experience with recruitment in the finance area is a merit, as this is one of our largest business areas. We also see that you have relevant higher education.
