Nežerná Michaela, e-mail: [email protected] Your Responsibilities: o In this role, you will perform, coordinate, and structure internal/external controls in accordance with the compliance department's mandate o You will ensure and coordinate complex communication between internal business lines and other control functions and the compliance department o Additionally, you will support annual compliance control planning and ensure timely and adequate reporting and (ad-hoc) escalation to line management o You will review audit reports relevant to compliance and will be responsible for monitoring/follow-up actions related to findings and remedial measures o Furthermore, you will support continuous improvement and optimization of processes and procedures in the compliance area o In addition, you will also support the team in coordinating current internal/external audits and preparing reports, as well as with administrative matters, including data collection and status updates regarding open findings Your Profile: o You have successfully completed higher education in economics, finance, or law, or have relevant comparable qualifications o You have practical experience with audit or control functions and control testing o You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as organizational and negotiation skills, including the ability to present complex matters in a clear and comprehensive manner o Knowledge of written and spoken English is required o Commitment, team and communication skills, flexibility, and also competent work with MS Office applications complete your profile o You will receive training in the relevant laws applicable to DBAG o Knowledge of English language in word and writing
