Your role as Collection Advisor
As a Collection Advisor at PS Finance Group, you are responsible for the entire customer experience and are part of a fantastic team with broad knowledge and varied experience. You will have responsibility for your own customers and act as a representative, managing communication with your customers' customers and authorities. In addition to customer contact, your responsibilities include case handling, administration, and credit analysis. You will participate in legal collection measures, establish payment arrangements, and act as an advisor.

Beyond this, we are looking for you who have:
Previous experience in a relevant industry, such as collections, banking, finance, insurance, or law.
Vocational or university education in law, economics, commerce and administration, public administration, or similar.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good computer and system skills.
