About the role As a workshop coach, you have a central role in the operation where you lead and support technicians in their daily work. You actively work to create an efficient and profitable workshop by coaching, motivating and developing the team. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external parties as well as a focus on achieving set goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive work environment. What we're looking for We're seeking someone with experience in personnel and results responsibility, who is passionate about leadership and coaching. Automotive technical knowledge is a merit. You have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing and have good computer skills.
