Then this could be the right move for you! Resinit in Västervik is now seeking four CNC operators for their turning and milling departments. We're looking for both experienced and self-driven operators as well as those with a few years of CNC experience who want to develop further. About the Position The position is long-term and is a recruitment hire through Montico where the right person will be offered the opportunity for direct employment at Resinit after a period of contracting. The schedule is day shift initially and will then transition to shift work once you're up to speed, with alternating shifts between morning and afternoon. Here you'll have the chance to work with modern CNC technology and varied machining, from single to five-axis CNC lathes and mills. Job Description The work includes machine operation, tool changes, adjustments, setup and fixturing as well as blueprint reading and measurement techniques. For those with more experience, there is also the opportunity to work with programming and more advanced setups. We're seeking four people with slightly different levels of experience: For the 2 qualified roles, we'd like you to be confident in the role and independently able to handle setup, fixturing and programming of machines. You have a good understanding of blueprint reading, measurement techniques and tooling. For the other 2 positions, we're looking for someone with basic CNC skills who has previously worked with CNC and is comfortable operating and monitoring machines as well as making simple adjustments. You don't need to be fully trained in setup and programming, but you should have a basic understanding and the desire to develop further. For all positions, it's important that you are thorough, technically interested and have the willingness to learn and develop. We're Looking for Someone Who • Has experience with CNC and/or a green certificate in CNC. • Has a good understanding of blueprint reading and basic measurement techniques. • Is practical and has tool experience. • Is thorough, responsible and quality-conscious. • Enjoyed working collaboratively and can also work independently. • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
