* We are now seeking CNC operators for an extended assignment at Rosenfors Bruk. Here you'll have the opportunity to join a family-oriented company with modern machinery and develop your skills in CNC and cutting operations. Rosenfors Bruk is a subsidiary of Holsbyverken, where they specialize in cutting operations and are experts in machining castings and iron and steel bars. The machinery is modern and includes both lathes and mills. About the Position You will be employed as a consultant at Montico and assigned to Rosenfors Bruk. The assignment begins with approximately two weeks of orientation where you'll get to know the workplace, the machines, and the working methods. After that, you'll transition to working evening/night shifts for a minimum of six months with the possibility of continued employment at Rosenfors Bruk. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in CNC and cutting operations. A major advantage of this position is that you don't need significant programming experience as this is handled by your colleagues during weekdays, so you'll be working from pre-programmed programs. Job Description Your main tasks will consist of operating and monitoring, inspecting parts, and following technical drawings. This includes the following: • Operate CNC machines according to existing programs and operating plans • Change tools and make minor adjustments as needed • Inspect and measure finished parts • Read and interpret drawings • Ensure that parts meet the correct quality standards • Work together with colleagues to keep production running We Are Looking for You If You Have experience from the industrial sector or similar operations. • Have a technical interest and willingness to learn • Are interested in CNC and machine operations • Have the ability to read technical drawings • Have experience with measurement techniques • Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written You don't need to be a seasoned CNC operator from day one.
