About the Position
As a CNC operator at MVUSAB, you will work with modern equipment in varied production where quality and safety are in focus. The role gives you significant ownership as you are involved in the entire process – from creating CNC programs to manufacturing assembly-ready parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently set up, rig, and operate CNC-controlled milling and turning machines.
Inspect and quality-assure parts according to drawings.
Contribute to a structured and safe workflow.
About You
We are seeking someone who is positive and engaged, a good team player with a strong interest in machining. You have a keen technical eye, solve problems with ease, and thrive in an environment that demands high precision.
Qualifications:
Experience with cutting operations and single and multi-cavity production.
Good familiarity with blueprint reading and use of measuring tools.
Solid knowledge of setup and tooling.
Fluent Swedish in speech/writing and a valid B driver's license.
Meritorious:
Experience with control systems such as Heidenhain, Mazatrol, Siemens, or NUM.
Previous experience in, or knowledge of, programming.
Experience with multi-operation machines or industrial technical training.
Great weight is placed on personal suitability.

With over 150 years of industrial tradition, MVUSAB (Morgårdshammars Verkstäder) in Smedjebacken is a reliable and well-known player in the machine shop industry. The company, which since January 2021 has been part of Enerco Group AB, has approximately 115 employees and operates an impressive workshop area of 17,000 square meters.
The focus here is on small series and unique one-off manufacturing where every part requires the highest precision and expertise. MVUSAB specializes in manufacturing, welding, and assembly of heavy, advanced steel structures – from dam gates and mining machines to heat exchangers and steel nodes for skyscrapers. Through a machine park with both manual and CNC-controlled machines, the skilled team handles materials such as black and stainless steel, aluminum, and copper in both service assignments and large, complex projects.
About the Position and Application
This position is a consulting assignment via Adecco that may also lead to employment with the customer. Depending on experience, direct employment at MVUSAB may also be discussed.
Work is primarily during daytime hours, but shift work may occur.
