CNC Operator Wanted! Are you an experienced CNC operator who enjoys varied work tasks and technical challenges? This could be the opportunity for you! We are now seeking a CNC operator for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. About the Role As a CNC operator, you will work with the entire manufacturing process – from drawings and programming to finished parts. Work takes place primarily on 3- and 5-axis milling machines, and since the focus is on piece and small batch production, your workdays will be varied with different parts, machine setup changes, and technical challenges. Your duties will include: Programming in Mastercam or similar CAM systems Uploading and optimizing programs Machine setup and changeovers Tool changes and adjustments Operating CNC-controlled milling machines Working from technical drawings and work orders Control measurement and quality inspections Ensuring parts meet correct dimensions and tolerances About You We are looking for someone with CNC milling experience who is confident working independently. You have a technical interest, are thorough, and enjoy solving problems that may arise during the manufacturing process. Since the work involves varied parts and changeovers, we would appreciate if you enjoy a work environment where no two days need to be the same. You take responsibility for your work and at the same time work well with your colleagues. We are looking for someone with: Experience in CNC milling Experience programming in Mastercam or similar CAM systems Good understanding of technical drawings Experience with measurement techniques and quality inspections Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written As a person, you are thorough, responsible, solution-oriented, and technically interested.
