Now is your chance to join the team at Ockelbo Lego-mek. They are looking for a meticulous and technically skilled CNC operator who thrives in a high-paced workshop environment. You'll have the opportunity to grow in your role and become an important part of an engaged team. About the Position As a CNC operator, you will work in a productive workshop environment where you operate and manage CNC machines. You won't need to program the machines, but you are expected to read and work from technical drawings, change programs, adjust machines, and change tools. You will be introduced to the role by shadowing an experienced colleague during your first month. Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC machines Read and interpret technical drawings Change programs and adjust machines Change tools and perform basic maintenance Ensure high productivity and quality in your work Work in accordance with workshop procedures and safety regulations We're Looking for You If You Have a few years of work experience, preferably in mechanics, workshop, or similar fields Are detail-oriented and technically inclined Hold a forklift license (required) Speak and write Swedish fluently Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are conscientious Are productive, responsible, and have a positive attitude We Offer Two-shift work – morning and afternoon shifts An introduction period where you shadow an experienced colleague for approximately 1 month Great opportunities to grow and develop in the role A stimulating and productive workshop environment Application For questions and inquiries, you are welcome to contact Oscar Jonsson at Oscar.jonsson@onepartnergroup.
