* We are now seeking a CNC operator for our customer in the Älmhult area. This is a long-term position and is a hire-to-hire recruitment through Montico where the right person will be offered the opportunity to be employed directly by the customer after a period of contract work. The position is based on a 2-shift schedule. You will be responsible for setting up and running machines, changing tools, performing control measurements, and ensuring that parts meet drawing requirements and tolerances. You work independently with your machines but are also part of an experienced team where people help each other and together drive production forward. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working with technology and want a job where your experience and problem-solving skills come to the forefront. We are looking for someone who * Has experience with CNC and/or a green certificate in CNC. * Has good understanding of blueprint reading and basic measurement techniques. * Is practically minded and has tool experience. * Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. * Enjoys collaboration and can also work independently. * Has fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. We expect you to be practically minded and have tool experience. You are technically interested and enjoy challenging yourself and learning new things.
