Job Duties CNC Operator for the Turning Department We are now seeking 2–3 CNC operators for our turning department! We're looking for someone with experience in CNC turning who thrives in a production environment where precision, quality, and technical interest are in focus. About the Role As a CNC operator in the turning department, you will work with single-spindle NC lathes, primarily machines from Deco and Hanwha. You will be an important part of production and work to ensure that the machines produce parts with high quality and precision. Job duties may include: Operator work on CNC/NC lathes Machine monitoring and ongoing quality controls Tool changes and minor adjustments Measuring and inspecting finished parts Troubleshooting and optimization as needed Working from drawings, instructions, and specified tolerances Your Profile We would like you to have: Experience with CNC turning Experience with single-spindle NC lathes Experience with Deco and/or Hanwha is a plus Good understanding of blueprint reading and measurement techniques A careful and quality-conscious work approach Ability to work both independently and with others It is beneficial if you have experience with programming or adjustment of CNC machines, but the most important thing is that you have good machine experience and understanding of turning.
