CNC Operator with Varied Production and Development Opportunities Are you a CNC operator who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop? Then this could be your next step. We are now seeking a CNC operator for a modern production facility where you will work with varied components and use your experience in your daily work. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will primarily work with an Okuma lathe. Production is characterized by variety rather than just long production runs, which means versatile work where you have the opportunity to use and develop your CNC skills. Your responsibilities will include: Set up and monitor the CNC machine Make adjustments to existing programs Perform control measurements and ensure correct quality Change tools Perform routine maintenance on the machine For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop further and program independently after internal training. Work is shift-based. About You You have experience working as a CNC operator and are comfortable in a production industry environment. As a person, we believe you are responsible, thorough, and quality-conscious. You have your own drive and enjoy learning new things and developing in your work. It is advantageous if you have Experience with Okuma machines Forklift certification Traveling crane certification The Position For candidates with solid experience, this position is available as direct recruitment with the company.
