Your Responsibilities
As a CNC operator, you will work with milling advanced form tools and machine parts, as well as programming CNC-controlled machines. You will actively contribute to improvements in both technology and work processes.
Experience with CNC milling and CNC turning, including rigging, tool changes, machine setup, blueprint reading, measurement techniques, quality control, and adjustment of tools and machine parameters. Experience monitoring production, troubleshooting, and ensuring that parts are manufactured according to blueprint specifications and given tolerances.
Collaborate with design to improve the work environment, increase productivity and quality, and reduce lead times
Work with clamping techniques and handle heavy workpieces
Master programming in the control system
Your Profile
We would like to see that you:
Have CNC training or similar experience
Have several years of experience as a CNC operator
Can read technical drawings
Are thorough and quality-conscious
Can work independently and with others
Are good at problem-solving
As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You can work independently and take your own initiatives, but you also enjoy collaborating with others.
