CNC Operator in Staffanstorp TopWork is now seeking experienced CNC operators for a client in Staffanstorp. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of a stable team in a modern workshop with a focus on quality, precision, and accuracy. There are currently two positions available, one on permanent day shift and one on permanent evening shift. We are looking for someone with CNC machining experience who enjoys practical and technical work where quality is the priority. Your responsibilities As a CNC operator, you will set up and run CNC machines and monitor production from start to finished component. You will read drawings, measure and inspect components, and ensure that production maintains the correct quality. The work also includes daily machine supervision and basic maintenance. Programming skills are a plus, but the most important thing is that you have solid practical CNC experience and feel confident operating the machines. We are looking for someone who Has previous CNC machining experience and is accustomed to working carefully and with quality awareness. You have good blueprint reading skills and experience with measurement techniques. As a person, you are responsible, technically interested, and enjoy collaborating with others. You need to be able to work independently, take responsibility for your work, and at the same time be a team player in production.
