Cloud Engineer – Develop Cloud Solutions of the Future! Do you have experience with Azure or AWS and a strong interest in cloud technology? Requirements: Higher education or university degree in a technical field, such as systems development, programming, technical physics or similar At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Azure or Cloud infrastructure Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Please note: This position is classified in a security class, which means you will need to undergo and be approved for a security clearance according to applicable regulations. This may involve requirements for certain citizenship. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Cloud Engineer you will work on developing and improving cloud services for internal IT teams. You will further develop existing solutions, participate in stand-ups, develop and test code, and work with automation through Terraform and PowerShell. The role also means you become an important part of a growing Cloud team. Your responsibilities will include: Design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS with a focus on scalability and robustness Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK and Azure Resource Manager Ensure that the cloud environment is cost-effective, secure and meets industry standards Optimize container-based workflows with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Implement effective monitoring, logging and alerting systems to ensure operational security Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD processes ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a global leader in the defense industry and develops advanced technological solutions for both military and civilian use.
