On behalf of our client, we're now looking for a Cloud Engineer / OpenStack Engineer in Göteborg. We're seeking someone with a strong interest in infrastructure and cloud technology who wants to be part of developing secure, scalable, and automated private cloud solutions.
You'll join a competent DevSecOps team where you work closely with developers, architects, and infrastructure specialists. Here you'll have the opportunity to influence technical solutions, work with exciting technology, and develop alongside other skilled colleagues.
This is a direct placement, which means the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People but you'll be employed directly by the client.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll work closely with the platform and be involved in both developing and further enhancing the infrastructure.
You'll among other things:
Develop and further enhance OpenStack-based private cloud environments
Work with operations, management, and optimization of the platform
Automate infrastructure and processes using Infrastructure as Code
Contribute to architecture, design, and technical decisions
Work with Linux-based environments
Ensure stability, security, and high availability
Participate in the entire lifecycle – from development and implementation to operations
Collaborate with developers, architects, and other infrastructure specialists
Who we're looking for
We believe you have a background in DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or infrastructure and enjoy working closely with technology.
To succeed in this role, we'd like you to have:
Several years of experience in DevOps, cloud, platform, or infrastructure
Experience with OpenStack, preferably from production environments
Experience with Linux
