Your Responsibilities: Review publicly available sources to obtain required client documentation and supporting materials for KYC/AML processes Direct communication with clients to gather all non-public information Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation Collaborate with internal teams (from relationship managers to the Compliance department) to ensure successful completion of KYC processes Provide regular updates on the status and progress of individual KYC cases Your Profile: Excellent organizational skills, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) Strong sense of personal responsibility for work performed Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a diverse international environment Adaptability and ability to function effectively in a dynamic and changing environment Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori) and account management or archiving tools is an advantage English proficiency; German language skills a plus Independence, high level of responsibility, and willingness to learn
