Be part of the movement – and play your part. About the Job As Claims Manager at DFDS, you will have a key role within our Logistics Division in Sweden. You are responsible for leading and developing the management of claims and complaints with a focus on structure, quality, cost control and business efficiency. The role combines operational responsibility with development and improvement work. This means you will handle claims and damage cases yourself while working on developing processes, improving follow-up and creating an efficient and sustainable claims management for the business. You will have many contact points and work closely with operations, finance, contract managers, suppliers, transporters and insurance partners. In the long term, there is also an opportunity to help develop the function further and lead a small team.* Examples of areas of responsibility: Responsible for and develop DFDS claims and damage management Manage and follow up transport and cargo damage Ensure cost-effective and business-efficient claims handling Develop processes, working methods, analysis and reporting Drive damage prevention and risk management Collaborate with operations, suppliers and insurance partners About You: We believe the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusion.
