Service of hotel guests and outside guests at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, preparation of the dining room and restocking of the breakfast buffet, maintaining guest accounts, daily reconciliation and revenue handling, stocking items at the bar and monthly bar inventory, shift handover according to written checklist. We require experience in restaurant or hotel service, Czech or Slovak language skills sufficient for basic guest communication, and willingness to work in shift operations including weekends and holidays.
