We are looking for new team members for positions of waiter/waitress and bartender/barmaid at our Pizzeria Stella. If you enjoy working with people, love gastronomy, and want to be part of a business where service has style, pace, and system, we'd like to meet you. What will your day look like? Your main task will be professional and natural service to our guests - from welcoming them, recommending food and beverages, to final service. We work with an emphasis on detail, speed, and clear communication. On the floor you will encounter classic restaurant service, terrace care, and collaboration with the kitchen and delivery team. At the bar, you will prepare coffee, pour beer, mix simple drinks, and ensure smooth beverage service. Everything we do has clear rules and a system that will help you quickly get oriented and find your pace. Who are we looking for? Reliability, punctuality, and respectful behavior are fundamental to us. We value independence, the ability to react quickly, and functioning as part of a team. Experience is an advantage but not a requirement - what matters more is your approach, energy, and willingness to work. If you have it in you, we'll teach you the rest. What do we offer?
