We are looking for a colleague to join our team in the position of Waiter / Waitress, who will be an important part of our restaurant's daily operations and will have a direct impact on our guests' satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: We welcome candidates with experience in gastronomy or customer service, but we are also happy to give an opportunity to motivated candidates without experience – we will teach them everything necessary. If needed, we will provide thorough training and support further professional development through specialized training and educational courses. JOB DESCRIPTION: Your main duties will include serving guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, working with the cash register system, and ensuring that customers feel comfortable during their visit and receive quality service. An important part of the job is active communication with guests, addressing their requests, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Collaboration with the kitchen and other team members is an important part of the position, as well as preparing your workplace before your shift begins, maintaining order in your work area, and ensuring smooth operations during restaurant service. We expect a responsible approach, reliability, pleasant demeanor, and the ability to function in a dynamic gastronomy environment.
