Participate in development work as agreed •Quality work by considering participant expectations before the course and evaluations after course completion. •Participant contact between lessons related to course content, such as preparations or assignments Qualifications: Circle leaders at Folkuniversitetet should have at the start of employment: •Pedagogical experience. •Subject expertise/work experience in the subject •Preferably experience with and an active interest in adult education •Basic IT skills Desirable personal qualities include the ability and willingness to work independently as well as in groups, good social skills, good initiative, a positive attitude toward change and development, and an ethical approach. Folkuniversitetet in Nyköping offers open course activities in several different subjects. We continuously work to develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in circle format, a few hours per week - evening instruction in beginner-level Qigong for the upcoming start of courses in fall (starting in September).
