We are now looking for a strategic and business-minded Chief Financial and Administration Officer who wants to help develop the company and contribute to our continued success. This is a role for you who appreciate the combination of finance, business development, HR, and sustainability. Role Description As Chief Financial and Administration Officer, you have overall responsibility for Södertörns Fjärrvärme's finance function and financial management, as well as HR, occupational environment, and environment. The assignment is of central importance to the company's continued development and encompasses both strategic and operational matters within these areas. You lead the Finance and Administration Department and have personnel responsibility for six employees. You have budget and operational responsibility for the function and are responsible for developing work methods, processes, and internal governance models. The assignment includes leading budget, forecast, and year-end closing processes, ensuring high quality in financial reporting, and responsibility for annual reports, financing issues, liquidity planning, and auditor relations. You prepare financial analyses and decision-making materials for the CEO, management group, and board, and actively contribute to matters concerning investments, business development, pricing, and long-term planning. You also have responsibility for HR, occupational environment, and environment, including matters related to skills supply, labor law, salary structures, systematic occupational environment work, and environmental management. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with the operation's various departments, parent companies, municipalities, and external stakeholders. You report to the CEO, are part of the company's management group, and provide important strategic and business support to the CEO, parent companies, and board. Your Profile We are looking for you who have a degree in business administration or other relevant academic education in finance and several years of experience with qualified finance work in a leading position. You have documented experience in financial management, budget and forecast work, year-end closing, annual reports, consolidated reporting, financing, and financial analysis. Experience from energy, water and sanitation, infrastructure, or municipal companies is highly desirable. It is a requirement that you have worked in capital-intensive operations and with consolidated reporting. You are a confident leader with strong analytical abilities and high integrity. You combine strategic thinking with a practical and operationally-focused approach and have the ability to translate analyses into clear decision-making materials and operational benefits. To succeed in this role, you need to appreciate a daily work where strategic issues are combined with operational decisions and close collaboration with both management and operations. You are organized, business-minded, and unpretentious, and have the ability to build trust and establish good relationships both internally and externally.
