We are now seeking a head of digitalization and business development who wants to contribute to taking the next step in our digital and operational development. ABOUT THE ROLE As head of digitalization and business development, you are responsible for leading and developing our work in business development and digitalization. The role combines leadership, change management, and practical execution with a clear focus on business value and operational impact. You lead a function with four employees in IT, digitalization, and business development. Together you work closely with the entire organization to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that contribute to more efficient processes, better working methods, and more purposeful use of systems, data, and digital tools. The role is operations-focused and you are expected to be active in structuring needs, leading development initiatives, and creating momentum from idea to implementation and follow-up. Sometimes the solution is new technology, AI, or automation; in other cases it's about clarifying working methods or better utilizing existing systems. You report to the CFO and collaborate broadly across the organization. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will among other things: lead and develop the digitalization and business development function manage and further develop our digitalization strategy together with your team members and our digitalization council drive prioritized business, process, and digitalization initiatives from need and idea to implementation support the organization in developing and standardizing processes and working methods identify opportunities in AI, automation, and digitalization where clear operational value can be created provide decision support and business cases, and follow up on the impact of implemented changes WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone with experience in making change work in practice. You have worked with business and process development for several years and are accustomed to independently driving digitalization and development projects from needs analysis to implementation. You have a good understanding of how operations, processes, systems, and data interconnect, and can determine when new technology is part of the solution and when clearer processes or working methods are needed first. You don't need to be a technical specialist, but you need to feel confident with questions related to digitalization, IT, systems, and data from an operational perspective. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: relevant academic or post-secondary education, or equivalent experience multiple years of experience in business and process development multiple years of experience independently driving digitalization and development projects experience with personnel responsibility and leadership good understanding of the interplay between operations, processes, systems, and data very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have experience from the real estate industry, real estate digitalization, or other operations where technology and physical assets meet. We also view positively practical experience with AI, automation, or data-driven business development. What are you like as a person? You can take on questions where the starting point is not always entirely clear, prioritize what is most important, and find a pragmatic way forward. You are accustomed to moving between analysis and execution and are prepared to be closely involved in the work yourself when needed. You have a clear operational and business perspective and are curious about how processes, working methods, systems, and data can be developed to create better results. At the same time, you have the ability to see the big picture, understand complex connections, and distinguish between what needs to be solved now and what can wait. The role involves many points of contact and you need to be communicative, attentive, and educational. You build trust, bring others along, and can at the same time constructively challenge existing working methods. As a manager, you are confident and clear. You set direction and priorities, create engagement, and give your team members room to use their specialist expertise and take responsibility within their areas.
