Here you'll work on varied projects in heating, water, and sanitation—with a special focus on major renovations and property upgrades. You'll be an important part of projects and have the opportunity to use your professional expertise in practice, from installation and reconstruction to troubleshooting and final completion. Your Role As an HVAC plumber at Energi & Miljöteknik, you'll have a varied workday, primarily working on major renovations and HVAC renovation projects. You will among other things: • Work on major renovations in existing properties. • Install, repair, and maintain pipe systems for water, drainage, and heating. • Work on reconstruction and modernization of existing HVAC systems. • Troubleshoot and find solutions to technical challenges on-site. • Read drawings and technical documentation. • Work independently with your own responsibility, while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues. • Ensure that work meets high quality standards and complies with industry regulations. • Be an important representative for the company to our customers. Major renovations demand high standards of precision, professional skill, and problem-solving ability. We would like to see that you: • Are a certified HVAC plumber. • Have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC. • Have experience with installation and service in heating, water, and sanitation. • Have experience with or strong interest in major renovations. • Have knowledge of Safe Water Installation. • Can read and understand drawings and technical specifications. • Are self-driven, thorough, and solution-oriented. • Enjoy taking responsibility and getting things done. • Are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. • Have a valid driver's license (category B). • Are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written.
